This easy breakfast blend will not only taste great, but is a natural source of prebiotics, helps lower blood sugar and cholesterol, is an anti-inflammatory to the gut, and is a nutritive to the brain.

Ingredients

  • Organic Rolled Oats
  • Poached Rhubarb
  • Blue Berries
  • Almonds
  • Cinnamon
  • Honey
  • Coconut
  • Sugar to taste
  • Kombucha
  • Chamomile tea

Method

Combine the oats, chamomile tea and kombucha in a bowl. Place in the fridge for 30 mins, or ideally over night

Poach the rhubarb by cutting into sticks (cut off the leaves and dispose of – they’re poisonous!). Place in a pot and scatter some sugar over the top. Add a small amount of water and simmer for 8 minutes or until soft.

Combine it all in a bowl and serve!
